Black Bean Rice Bowl with Quorn Vegetarian Steak Strips

This super quick and easy Black Bean Rice Bowl with Vegetarian Steak Strips is a delicious mid-week recipe idea which only takes 15 minutes to make. Top with sesame seeds and spring onion for extra colour and crunch!

  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Spring onion (optional)

Method

  1. Slice your onion and peppers and add into a pan with the Quorn Vegetarian Steak Strips and stir fry for around 10 minutes or until cooked.
  2. Add in the rice and black bean sauce and continue to stir fry for a few minutes (until the rice is warmed through)
  3. Garnish with optional sesame seeds and chopped spring onion and enjoy!
