Ingredients
200g Quorn Swedish Style Balls
200ml fresh tomato pizza sauce
1 large ready rolled pizza base
150g mozzarella cheese, cut into small dice
50g mixed grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
black olives *optional
Method
Preheat the oven to 220°C Gas Mark 7
Place the pizza base on an ovenproof metal plate and spread over the prepared tomato sauce, leaving the outer rim uncovered. Sprinkle evenly with the diced mozzarella
Cut the Quorn Swedish Style Balls into quarters and place the pieces evenly over the pizza base, sprinkle over the grated cheeses
Sprinkle with oregano, freshly ground black pepper, olives and olive oil
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling
