Made in minutes, this tasty veggie turkey & stuffing sandwich is a total flavour sensation! Enjoy as a lunchtime meal or family picnic feast!

We’ve used a wholemeal bread roll, but these succulent slices are just as delish in a wrap, pitta, or sliced and mixed into a leafy salad.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Quorn Vegetarian Turkey & Stuffing Slices
  • 2 wholemeal bread rolls
  • 2 tsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 handfuls rocket leaves
  • 2 tsp cranberry sauce
  • Crinkle cut crisps (optional)

Method

  1. Slice each bread roll in half.
  2. Spread the top and bottom of each roll with mayonnaise.
  3. Add a handful of rocket leaves to the base of each roll.
  4. Top each roll with 2 Quorn Vegetarian Turkey & Stuffing Slices.
  5. Finish with a dollop of cranberry sauce and place the roll lid on top.
  6. Serve with crinkle cut crisps (optional).
