This vegetarian wrap made with Quorn Roast Mini Fillets is so easy and super versatile! Perfect for your next meat free lunch or picnic snack.

We’ve opted for a mix of avocado, crème fraiche, salsa, salad, and coriander with additional Quorn Roast Mini Fillets. If you like a bit of heat, why not add some sriracha, or chilli flakes to your wrap? Alternatively, add some spiced rice for extra flavour. However you make yours, Quorn is the perfect pairing!

Ingredients

  • 140g Quorn Roast Mini Fillets
  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • Salad
  • Fresh coriander

Method

  1. Spread the crème fraîche on the wrap first. Add sliced Quorn Roast Mini Fillets, salad, salsa, diced avocado and fresh coriander. Top with optional chilli flakes or spiced rice! Roll up and enjoy.
