Ingredients

  • Quorn Vegetarian Swedish Style Balls (1 pack)
  • Butter 40g
  • Flour 25g
  • Wine 150ml
  • Clear vegetable broth 1000ml
  • Capers 60g
  • Juice of capers 1 tbsp
  • Milk 150ml
  • Salt / pepper to taste
  • Parsley to serve

Method

  1. Cook the Quorn Vegetarian Swedish Style Balls in the broth for 5 minutes, drain and pick up the broth.
  2. Heat the butter in a hot pan, add the flour and stir over low heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Deglaze 500 ml vegetable stock with wine, milk. Then add the capers with juice and bring to a boil until the sauce is thickened. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Add the Quorn Swedish Style Balls and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. It tastes of rice and beetroot salad.
