Cooking Instructions

Frozen

Quorn Salt & Pepper Tenders (240g)

Cook from Frozen, remove all packaging. For best results OVEN cook.

(oven) 15 MIN

Preheat oven and baking tray to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5. Cook on the middle shelf.

(air fryer) 10 MIN

Preheat Air Fryer to 180°C. Place tenders in basket. Shake halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
