Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nugg Air Fryer Nachos

Load up on these Air Fryer Nachos for a total CRUNCH-fest! Ready in just 25 minutes these Mexican nachos in the air fryer are your next Friday night feast or easy midweek dinner.

Cook the Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nuggs in the air fryer then it’s time to assemble the nachos. Layer tortilla chips, sliced veggies, Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nuggs and grated mozzarella in the air fryer. Cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melty! Top with a zesty smashed avo and greek yogurt for a lighter option and dig in.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nuggs
  • 100g tortilla chips
  • 1 handful of baby tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 sweet peppers, sliced
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • Large handful of grated mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (optional)
  • Pickled red onions (optional)
  • Jalapenos (optional)
  • 2 tbsp smashed avocado (optional)

Method

  1. Add the Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nuggs to the air fryer and cook according to pack instructions, once cooked set to one side.
  2. Add in some greaseproof paper to the bottom of the air fryer. Add the tortilla chips and sprinkle over all your chopped vegetables before topping with your Cheesy Nacho Nuggs and grated mozzarella.
  3. Air fry for a further 4-5 minutes at 200 degrees, until the cheese has melted.
  4. Finish with optional toppings and enjoy!
