Cheesy One Pot Pizza Orzo with Quorn Pieces and Pepperoni
Pizza and pasta combined in a one pot dish. What could be better? This hearty One Pot Pizza Orzo is an easy weeknight dinner idea. Orzo is cooked with Quorn Pieces and sweetcorn in a rich tomato and herb sauce before being topped with cheese and Quorn Pepperoni. You could add in any extra vegetables you’d usually have on top of a pizza too!

Ingredients
- 300g Quorn Vegetarian Chicken Pieces
- 40g Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices
- 150g frozen sweetcorn
- 300g orzo
- 60g lightest cream cheese
- 1 jar tomato & herb sauce
- 500ml water
- 100g cheese
- 1 tsp pizza seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic granules
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Spray a casserole dish with spray oil and add in the frozen Quorn Pieces & sweetcorn.
- Leave to cook for 5 minutes on the hob on a medium heat.
- Once cooked, add in the orzo, tomato & herb sauce, water, cream cheese and seasoning and mixing together until combined.
- Bring the mix to the boil. Once boiling, bring down to a low heat and cover with the lid and leave to cook for around 15 minutes
- Once the orzo is cooked, cover with the cheese and pepperoni. Add the casserole dish into the oven on gas mark 7 and leave to cook for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!

The dish is pizza meets macaroni cheese! It’s good c-o-m fort food. I don’t know what quantity a “jar” of tomato sauce was meant to be: I used a 390g chopped tomatoes carton blended with some tomato purée and mixed herbs.
