Danish Style Smørrebrød Open Sandwich with Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices

Ingredients
- 2 large slices of Dark Rye Sourdough
- 2 tbsp of salted butter
- 2 slices of Emmental
- 60g of Quorn Finely Sliced Ham Style Slices
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 6 gherkins
- 1 radish
- 1/2 red pepper
- 2 sprigs of fresh dill
- To garnish
- A sprinkle of nigella seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Take 2 large slices of sourdough dark rye bread and cut each slice into three pieces.
- Spread each slice with a generous amount of salted butter and add a slice of the cheese to each.
- Then add some Quorn Finely Sliced Style Ham Style Slices to each slice.
- Top each open sandwich with a slice of gherkin, radish & pepper followed by the egg.
- Season and sprinkle on a pinch of Nigella seeds and finish with some fresh dill and salt and pepper to taste.
