Made with Quorn Vegan Roast Beef Style Slices

High in Protein

Source of Fibre

Low in Saturated Fat

Ingredients

  • 1 Slice of Quorn Roast Beef Style Slices
  • 2 Slices of bread
  • Butter spread
  • Double Gloucester cheese sliced thinly (or pre-sliced edam or mozzarella would work well too)
  • 2 Red grapes
  • 2 Edible eyes

Method

  1. Start by cutting out two circles from your bread slices and buttering them. Then begin to assemble your monster!
  2. Cut a slice of the Quorn beef style slices in half. Fold one half over and place the curved edge along the edge of one bread circle. Roll the other half of the Quorn slice into a cylinder shape and place it on top of the sandwich.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut a zig-zag line along the edges of the cheese slice(s) then arrange the cheese in a flat layer on top of the Quorn - make sure the zig-zag 'teeth' are sticking out enough to be visible, then pop the top circle of bread on top.
  4. Next, make the eyes. Using a knife, slowly cut into the end of each grape to make a little hole the right size to insert an edible eye. Cut slowly - you can always make the hole bigger but not smaller!!
  5. Pop the grape eyes onto cocktail sticks and insert them into the sandwich monster to bring him to life (and hold him together)!
