Such a simple recipe to follow with an exceptionally tasty result. The only non-meat eater in the house but this goes down a treat with everybody! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing to hear this!

I’ve been making Quorn lasagne for about a year following a similar recipe to this but without the pesto. I came across this recipe a few days ago and thought I’d try it and honestly this took my lasagne to a whole other level, the red pesto addition really ups the game!! Absolutely delicious, my non veggie husband went back for seconds
So good to hear how much you loved this!

Made this lasagne for my three children (two are fussy eaters) and my parents. My children don’t like mushrooms so I replaced them with a red pepper and one 400g tin of chopped tomatoes wasn’t quite enough so I threw a second one in. My dad thought it was real mince and was gobsmacked when I told him it wasn’t. My parents had just returned from a 5* resort in Cape Verde and had a lasagne when there a few days before and they said mine was miles better! And my children ate every scrap and asked me to make it again. I’ll take that as a win!
We love this so much! Thank you Rachael :) We are so glad everyone loved it!!!
