Ingredients
- 2 Quorn Quarter Pounders
- 1 large double burger
- 1 brioche bun sliced in half
- Green pea hummus
- Kale
- Thinly sliced pickled carrots
- Bean sprouts
- Mayonnaise
Method
- Grill or fry the Quorn Quarter Pounders by following the packaging instructions.
- Assemble the burger using the bottom half of the brioche bun, green pea hummus, Quarter Pounder, kale, pickled carrots, bean sprouts, mayonnaise. Repeat this for another layer and top it with the second half of the brioche bun.

I had kale and some carrots in the fridge and was struggling to find inspiration of what to do with it all . I had bought some Ultimate Burgers a few nights ago and was over the moon to see kale and carrots featured on an Ultimate Burger recipe! I followed this recipe more or less to the letter and it was absolutely brilliant!
