Somewhat confused; Step 3 says: "Place the Quorn Ham Roast onto a baking tray (keep the roast wrapped and tied)." which indicates that you keep the joint wrapped in its plastic sleeve, however it further goes on to say...: "Roast for 60 minutes, brushing halfway with the honey glaze." which is where I get lost. Are we glazing the plastic and hoping the glaze somehow penetrates through? Sorry to be pedantic but the exact instructions are vague at best!

Love this! It’s the best quorn roast out there. But I can rarely get hold of it. Please continue to produce it
