Delicious fresh testing recipe and really quick to make. Good balance of a little bite from the chilli, garlic and pepper and that freshness from the lemon and basil. The Quorn pieces have a very similar texture to chicken and absorb the flavours well.

Really enjoyed this recipe..will definately be cooking it again .I did a half spoon of chilli flakes instead of a fresh chilli..a bit too much but still tasty ..will use fresh next time ...

Absolutely delicious! As someone who isn't very good with spice I thought the chillies where added a nice kick. Be sure to marinate the quorn fillets in lemon juice before so it soaks up the tasty zesty taste! Great alternative if you want a break from sauce-based pasta!

A really lovely recipe- make sure you add the lemon zest and juice together as I forgot! Family of four thoroughly enjoyed. I used natural yogurt instead of cream for a healthier option.
