I always use the chicken style pieces. I first put into the pan some cashews then the pieces. Cut up spring onions, baby sweet corn, mange tu, water chestnuts, sliced red bell pepper. So yummy. I just add less salt soy sauce.

I made this for the family. It went down very well and even my fairly choosy daughter liked it. It's a great way to get some veg into little people without them really seeing it! I think next time I might make up a little more sauce for even more tastiness!

Very tasty recipe, I did reduce the amount of sriracha and added some grated ginger, was my first time trying Quorn pieces and will be making this again.
