So delicious and easy to make. Also the first time I’ve made a lasagne where the pasta sheets have cooked through properly! I wasn’t convinced when I saw there wasn’t that much liquid in the sauce so was amazed when it turned out so perfectly!

Love this recipe, I find it needs a bit more liquid as I don't use wine so add water to the stock but otherwise lovely. I add other vegetables as I'm one of the rare vegetarians that hate mushrooms!

Great recipe. I make it gluten free for my husband, just using gluten free plain flour and lasagne sheets. One tip though, add in about one or two cups of water to the mince mixture. It needs to be quite moist to cook the lasagne sheets if you don't pre-cook them yourself. And I don't pre-cook them because they all stick together in a lump.

Taking off a star for the white sauce instructions. I found that mixing the flour and butter together in the saucepan for a minute just made them into lumps which would not mix with the milk which no whisking would beat. Had to remake using my own method. Apart from that very nice

Delicious recipe but added 1 tsp cayenne and 1 tsp paprika to the mince sauce to add some more flavour.
