Made with Quorn Vegetarian Cocktail Sausages, Quorn Yorkshire Ham Style Slices, crackers, cheese and plenty of veggies, this recipe couldn’t be simpler to make. Simply cut up your veggies, load everything into a glass Tupperware or bento box and dig in! Customise your snack box with your favourite veggies too!

Ingredients
- 75g Quorn Yorkshire Ham Style Slices
- 4 Quorn Cocktail Sausages
- 1 head of baby gem lettuce
- ¼ cucumber
- ½ pepper
- 2 mini hummus pots
- 30g crackers
- 40g cheddar cheese
Method
- Cut up the baby gem lettuce, pepper, cucumber, and cheddar cheese.
- Assemble all the ingredients in a bento box/Tupperware.
- Enjoy!
