A tasty & different take on the usual chilli. The only thing I would say is that I wished I had not added the last of the stock - it was a decent consistency prior to doing so and trying to reduce & thicken it took ages. I could have served it much faster had I not added the last half. But I will remember for next time. It makes a lot! There are only two of us so there will be some leftover to freeze or eat in the next couple of days.
